Dr. Sami Özgür Memişoğlu graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law.
He completed his first master's degree in Private Law at Istanbul University and his second master's degree in European Union and International Trade Law at Istanbul Commerce University.
He completed his doctoral studies in Commercial Law as a scholarship student at Istanbul Kültür University.
His areas of practice include corporate law, intellectual and industrial property law, unfair competition law, negotiable instruments law, mediation, consumer law, advertising law and contract law.
He currently serves as Head of the Department of Private Law at Doğuş University Faculty of Law.
He provides consultancy to Peksöz Law Office in his areas of expertise.
