Av. Serdar Peksöz

Attorney-at-Law Serdar Peksöz was born in 1956 and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1980.

Between 1981 and 1983, he completed his legal internship at the law office of Attorney Hüsamettin Cindoruk, where he developed a strong legal foundation during the early years of his professional career.

In 1982, he founded Peksöz Law Office and initially represented commercial companies in a wide range of legal matters.

From 1985 onwards, he focused his practice on insolvency law and developed extensive experience in restructuring financially or operationally distressed companies within the framework of insolvency and commercial law.

Throughout his professional career, he served as a bankruptcy administrator and court-appointed composition commissioner, taking an active role in insolvency, bankruptcy postponement and composition proceedings.

Attorney-at-Law Serdar Peksöz, who passed away on 6 February 2025, left behind a lasting legacy shaped by professional integrity, discipline and a distinguished understanding of the legal profession.
