Av. Görkem Peksöz

Attorney-at-Law Görkem Peksöz was born in 1983. He graduated from Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School, which provides German-language education.

He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2006. In 2008, he completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Augsburg in Germany and received his LL.M. degree. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Private Law at Istanbul Kültür University.

After returning to Türkiye, he obtained his licence to practise law and joined Peksöz Law Office.

In addition to insolvency law, he practises in various areas of private law, including commercial law, the law of obligations, family law and inheritance law.

He has experience in litigation arising from commercial disputes and is particularly active in composition proceedings, compositions within bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings.

Alongside his legal practice, he serves as a court-appointed expert in labour law matters and undertakes duties as a bankruptcy administrator.

He provides legal services to his clients in Turkish, English and German.
